The Libra S12 is a spectrophotometer that covers 200-999 nm. It features transmittance, absorbance, and factor concentration modes. Automated calibration and lamp saver mode are featured in the unit. The software provides advantages as it has been enhanced. They include a standard curve mode, a multi-wavelength equation definition, a reaction rate slope calculation and a storage of user defined methods. The graphics are shown and are possible to be printed for the scan, kinetics and standard curve routines. Customization of the start up menu is possible through the laboratory manager depending on the requirements of the laboratory. The menu can be changed as the measurements require it. The compact design saves precious bench space.
