Product overview- Fast and accurate measurement of synthetic resistance for underground lines
- Co-developed with Tokyo Electric Power Grid Co., Ltd.
OverviewInstrument designed to measure synthetic (artificial) resistance for management of grounding where maintaining single-point grounding resistance is difficult. Applying synthetic resistance management can reduce the need for grounding renovation works.
Improvements over IPR-1- Expanded measurement range to increase applicable cases
- Measurement time reduced by approximately half
- Improved LCD display legibility
Related standards- JESC E2019(2015) "Connection grounding of iron supports and enclosures of high-voltage apparatus via the shielding layer of high-voltage cables"
