The Weight tester W10, designed to determine the weight of filter rods, cigarettes and machine made cigars. The instrument is equipped with a hopper offering a capacity of approx. 250 samples. The samples are separated automatically from the hopper and positioned to the measurement unit by a linear drive. After measurements the samples could be selected by a 2-way sorting device. The W10 supports single or group measurements. The Weight tester offers a classification of the samples. The number of classes can be chosen between 3 and 11 (odd only). The W10 is controlled via touchscreen PC and offer USB port as well as Ethernet connection for fast and easy data transmission and handling. The Weight tester can be used to monitor production and for control of incoming goods. Special measurements are possible for R&D purposes.
