Application：large carbon steel, alloy steel and high temperature forgings This furnace is suitable for high temperature heat treating during forging for alloy, titanium alloy, and heating or holding for other material , this product is matching used with temperature control cabinet, which can realize the automatic or manual control of furnace temperature and mechanical operation. 2. Main structure Consist of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace door and lifting mechanism, and electrical control system. 3. Equipment structure features 1). Furnace adopts GB steel, continuous tight welding, the overall framework with high strength 2). Furnace lining and furnace hearth adopt castable material to resist high temperaute 1300℃. 3). The sealing between furnace door and furnace body is packing seal, which will avoid furnace atmosphere loss and heat loss. 4). Furnace door lifting action via the automatic power supply and limit interlocks, smooth action, high safety. 5). Ultra high temperature furnace adopts "U" type silicate rod/silicon molybdenum rods, autotransformer is used to adjust the input voltage of silicon carbide. 6). Domestic or imported intelligent/program temperature control meter is optional according to the user requirement, temperature control precision is high. 4. Product advantages 1.Mainly used for heating in forging industry before forge.
