Attention: Please observe the maximum permissible tool speed (engraved on each disk). The material of our cutters is solid hard metal. The cutting geometry, i.e. cutting angle, chips clearance, relief-ground cutting and helical angle are adapted to most plastics. All standard milling cutters with a maximum projecting length of 35 mm are suitable for a maximum rotational speed of up to 40.000 rpm. Please observe manufacturer specifications in case of special milling cutters. Coatings The cutters can be given a special coating: TINALOX® TINALOX (Titan-Aluminumoxyd) DIAMANT Diamante is the hardest known material. It´s hardness and low friction coefficient render it the ideal material for protecting against wear and tear and machining purposes. Diamond coatings permit top cutting speeds, high processing, maximum productivity, quality and surface quality.
