THE PRINCIPLE : The oil crosses the CJC filter cartridge from outside to inside. The microscopic polluting particles are permanently retained inside the volume of the filtering cartridge. THEADDITIVES The filtering media (cellulose fiber) has no Chemical effect on the oil and does not filter additives THE MODULAR PRINCIPLE The CJC cartridges are piled up depending on the the filter size. There are 3 diemeters : 150,270 and 380 mm. STRUCTURE OF THE CJC FILTERING CARTRIDGES The CJC filtering cartridges, thanks to their structural construction, are comparable to a labyrinth composed by countless ramified channels building up a volumic sieve. 75% of the cartridge is made ofempty volume which guarantees a great particles rétention capacity. VOLUMIC CARTRIDGES FOR AN EFFICIENT FILTRATION More the fluid is in contact with the filtering media, more efficient is the fine filtration. This is why the volumic cartridges CJC fine filters offer a particularly long course to the fluid. RECYCLING After use, the CJC filtering cartridges can be completely recycled as per the decree (150202) relative to used products recycling. Exclusively composed of natural fibers, the filtering cartridges do not require sorting by material types. Therefore they match the ecological standard ISO 14001.
