Description

Applications The hydraulic crimping head EPC 250-HB crimp in connection with a separate pump cable lugs and connectors hexagonal according to DIN up to 630 mm2. It can be operated with 700 bar as well as 850 bar and is therefore preferably used in transport companies. EVUs, overhead line constructors, power stations and their service providers, cable processors in the wind energy sector as well as in industry also like to make use of this hydraulic crimping tool. Benefits Working pressure up to max. 850 bar 700 bar: 225 kN 850 bar: 270 kN Secure closure of the crimping head Robust and low-maintenance For small cylindrical crimping dies (ZK) Can be combined with common hydraulic pumps Hexagon according to DIN: up to 630 mm2 Stroke: 28 mm The hydraulic crimping head EPC 250-HB crimps cable lugs hexagonal according to DIN up to 630 mm2 with common small cylindrical crimping dies (ZK). With an adapter (item no. 76900382), C-shaped dies can also be used. The rotary locking of the bolt ensures that the crimping head is 100 percent closed. Damage caused by inadequate closing is thus a thing of the past. The crimping head can be operated on common hydraulic pumps with a working pressure of up to 850 bar and is therefore also suitable for special requirements in the field of traffic engineering. In addition to the wide range of applications, the hydraulic crimping head convinces with its robust, low-maintenance design.
