Honeywells flush pressure sensors feature a very small footprint and have been designed for use in confined spaces with tight clearances.
All sensors include a thin diaphragm and thick sidewalls, made from one-piece stainless steel. This combination gives them strength and thinness adequate for measurement of low pressures.
The transducer body includes all-welded electrical connectors. The connectors play an integral role in rendering the sensors suitable for heavy-duty handling or in applications demanding an all-welded stainless steel transducer, example corrosive liquid environments.
Due to their flush diaphragm design, the sensors can be used to spray or apply sealants, paints, coating, or other similar things which if used in traditional pressure ports could end up clogging them. The sensors can be customized as per requests.
The devices can handle ranges for pressure measurements ranges of 100 psig up to 15000 psig and 0 psig up to 5000 psig with up to ±0.25% accuracy.
