HUBER+SUHNER is now able to offer a pre-assembled connectivity solution with an M12 connector which is based on the RADOX RAILCAT CAT7 cables. A major issue in railway vehicles is the reliable distribution of the increasing volumes of data. In order to build powerful and secure Ethernet networks, the correct choice of connectivity components is decisive. A new pre-assembled connectivity solution is provided by HUBER+SUHNER which offers reliable connection of all systems and devices on railway vehicles, such as servers or cameras. An M12 connector is supplied with the RADOX RAILCAT CAT7 cable. Simple and fast installation in railway vehicles is enabled by this pre-configured plug-and-play solution. Two versions of the M12 connector are available which are overmolded and pre-assembled which is optimized for simple installation.
