Design:The helmet is made from toughened polyamide and furnished with an additional face shield containing a 1.5 mm thick polycarbonate visor. The helmet is adjustable in 2 mm increments for 53-63 cm head circumference and offers two-point height adjustment. It is available with clear visor and white, yellow, red or green (or any other custom color) shell. The product is manufactured and tested in compliance with the EN 397:2012+A1:2012, EN 50365:2002, EN 166:2001 and GS-ET-29:2010 standards and according to EU directive 89/686/EEC. The helmet weighs 713 grams.Applications:The helmet protects your head against impacts and head/eyes against electrical risks associated with working under live voltage of up to 1,000 VAC or 1,500 VDC. The helmet resists lateral forces and molten metal spatter. The face shield protects the user against medium-energy particles, UV radiation, splashed liquids, molten metal, hot solids and electric arc (class 1 BOX TEST) likely to occur under live voltage or while connecting/switching equipment. The visor has an inner anti-fog coat and an external scratch-resistant coat for protection against small particles.
