Huifeng’s brake motors are standard IEC motors modified for braking applications. The electromagnetic disc brake is DC powered, from a rectifier located in the terminal box. The brake motor is design for the equipment that requires decelerating and instantly holding the load for safety when power supply shut down. The motor is also design for the equipment that requires fast stops, accurate positioning, such as conveyors, packaging equipment, machine tools, etc. •DC brake •Wide terminal box is 90° rotatable - easy installation •Hand release can be removed •With standard motors' dimensions and output ratings, aluminum frame •Material of end shield: aluminum (frame size 56-90), cast iron (frame size 63-200) •Multi-mount and removable feet •B14R, B5R flange and customized shaft end: which ensures our motors much more flexible for different size applications •Encoder is in option •100% copper wires supplied by the top chinese manufacturers •Windings is Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) that can eliminate corona and promote insulation longevity •Rotor is coated with anti-oxidant painting •Each rotor is well balanced with low vibration •We use NSK, SKF, C&U bearing •Each bearing is 100% inspected by a professional equipment •Every component must pass incoming inspection before entering our warehouse •Various of packing types to satisfy customers’ requirement
