Heat flux sensor 5 - 200 kW/m² | SBG01

The HUKSEFLUX SBG01 heat flux meter is basically an industrial water-cooled heat flux sensor. It measure the heat flux in the range up to 200 kW/m2 and is ideally used in environment that is dominated by radiation. The advantages of this unit includes tubes with increased robustness, increased scratch resistance of absorber paint, practical protection cap etc. Other features include Zalman reserator or closed circuit water cooling with convective heat exchanger, traceable calibration, additional cable length up to 2 metres, ISO standards etc. There are 6 types of SBG01; with different working range, sensitivity and response time. The working ranges are 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 kW/m2. The cooling water flow is > 10 liter/hr preferably 30 liters per hour at 3 bar and accommodates temperature range of 10°C to +30 °C. The unit promises a response time of < 200 ms to < 450ms, spectral range of up to 50.000 nm, field of view up to 180 degrees, emissivity of > 0.95 and a standard cable length of 2 m.
