The THISYS is an apparatus that is ideal for use in thermal conductivity gauging of thin samples. The unit is a merge of a think sample instrument, and a measurement and control unit. The gauging determines the temperature gradient when the sample is heated. It is integrated with a highly accurate thermopile sensor that has the capacity to handle thin sample materials, which includes that measure from 0.01 mm up to 6 mm.
