Product Overview
The slimline sealing washer is a specialized sealing solution designed for the axial application of air-conditioning fittings, serving as a replacement for radially clamped O-rings in standard air-conditioning fittings. This product features a metal ring with an elastomer ring of trapezoidal cross-section that is bonded and vulcanized inside.

Material and Construction
The slimline ring consists of a metal insert made from carbon steel (cold-rolled and cold-worked strip), aluminum, or stainless steel, and is protected by an anti-corrosion treatment (Zn-Ni). The elastomer component is available in EPDM and HNBR compositions, with a violet EPDM blend offering optimized chemical resistance to R1234yf and approval by major automotive OEMs such as BMW, Daimler, and General Motors.
