Anti-vibration flexible bushes for rotating shafts, designed to reduce friction and mechanical wear while isolating vibration and shock.

Types

• FLEXIBLOC: fully bonded elastomer between two concentric tubes. Relative movement of the tubes produces elastic deformation of the elastomer; selection must ensure operation within elastic limits to avoid material rupture.
• SILENTBLOC: prestressed (force-fitted) adherite® elastomer ring between concentric tubes. Under external forces or torques the elastomer deforms elastically; above a certain value the adherite® may slide inside the tubes. BL versions include a lateral stop when the elastomer projects beyond the outer tube.
