This oil chromatography online analysis device system can simultaneously detect seven fault characteristic gases in transformer oil, namely hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO), methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), ethylene (C2H4), ethylene Alkane (C2H6), acetylene (C2H2); in addition, the detection of micro-water in oil can be added according to user needs.
The oil chromatography online detection system consists of three parts. Power module, degassing module, analysis and detection module. The degassing module is directly connected to the transformer body or the oil return pipeline through the oil pump, and the transformer oil is introduced into the degassing module. A characteristic gas is separated for monitoring; the power module supplies power to the entire device. The online monitoring system sends the collected data to the system analysis management software through 485 bus or TCP/IP for analysis.
The default sampling period recommended by the online oil chromatography analysis device is once every 12 hours. The user can reset the sampling period of the system through the main control computer according to the operation of the transformer.
The diagnostic analysis software is 64-bit Windows software, and the operating environment is Win7 or above. The administrator does not need to perform daily operations on the main control computer and instrument, and can automatically complete data acquisition to realize trend and gain analysis of faulty gas data; automatically generate daily data. Reports, historical data reports; with data trend curves.
