The sensor-based monitoring system adds intelligence to tipping vehicles. It provides advice and assistance which helps make better decisions, improving safety and efficiency before and during the tipping operation. Through its black box technology Smart can store data safely even when things go wrong. The system is compatible with Hyva front end cylinders, both Flash and Alpha and is aimed specifically at Mining, Construction and Transport applications. Smart TGS, is the first tipping guidance system, that helps drivers by providing key insight into the tipper status and provides warnings for dangerous circumstances. The system is connected to our cloud platform to allow fleet managers more insight in fleet operation through analytics and historical data. Smart TGS features a display in the cabin connected wirelessly to a sensor hub on the chassis. The system is available in multiple languages, and, in both Imperial and Metric calibration. It is available for both rigid trucks.
