Its primary task is the highly precise control of web tension in a wide range of industries, such as printing, packaging, and the converting sector. Innovative control technology and well-thought-out design The heart of the system is a closed current control loop that continuously monitors and stabilizes the output current. This ensures consistent and reliable performance of the brake or clutch, even if its characteristics change over time due to wear. In addition, the innovative anti-remanence function eliminates any residual magnetism. This enables precise torque even at very low tensile forces and guarantees uniform material tension. For easy integration, the Leo current controller is designed for space-saving mounting on a DIN rail. Calibration and operation are performed effortlessly via an intuitive user interface with only three buttons.
