Hydraulic pipeline cleaning robot TWK300

The TWK300 drive is a water driven robot system for cleaning large diameter pipelines and horizontal oil storage tanks of 40" - 120" (1000-3000mm) with pressures up to 40,300 psi (3000bar). The TWK300 features a pneumatic foldable arm to fit 15,7" (400mm) and larger access points (manhole). The swiveling rotor features two exchangeable lances for intense cleaning close to the surface. By switching the mechanic pressure valve the front facing nozzles in the rotor are activated to clean tank heads with the same equipment. The TWK300 drive can be used with hot water or chemicals and is certified Atex Explosion Zone 1 or Explosion Zone 0 (max. 7,250psi/ 500bar). Compatible High-Pressure Units The TWK300 drive can be used with PRO-JETTING high-pressure units and hot water burners.
