Description

Steel ( DIN-St12|ASTM-A366/A366M-97|JIS-SPCC ) + Bronze ( CuFeNi ) + Solid Lubricant ( MoS2 + Graphite ) Introduction Self-lubricating bimetallic bearings(steel/CuFeNi), made of low carbon steel as base material, are produced by the process of being sintered nickel iron bronze CuFeNi powder which distributed solid lubrication as layer. They are in conformity with the European RoHS environmental protection standards and widely used in the applications of mold and metallurgy due to the advantages of low friction coefficient, good self-lubricating, good corrosion resistance, high working temperature and good load capacity. Physical and Mechanical Properties max. operating temperature +600 ℃ min. operating temperature -150 ℃ max. dynamic load Pdyn, max 70 N/mm coefficient of friction f 0.03-0.18
