Heated autoclave managed by PLC system. Description: Parallelepiped-shaped autoclave for filling the transformers with oil in a vacuum-sealed environment. The heating system, equipped with ventilation, can alternatievely be achieved by diathermic oil-fueled radiators or electric resistors. It is made of carbon steel and reinforcement beams, whereas the internal part is coated with polished aluminium, in order to maximize the IR thermal exchange. On the posterior part of the autoclave there are some vacuum pumps, which enable to reach an internal absolute pressure under 1 mBar. The transformers filling is automatic, and it stops when the required level has been reached.
