Description

Master 80 HF is the ideal bar feeder if you have to change the job more often than once per day, if you have to machine a very wide bar range (i.e. from 15 to 80 mm), including hex and square shapes, or if you are looking for the comfort of a bar feeder that doesn’t require any manual adjustment. Master 80 HF is the hyperflex bar feeder that allows the changeover in just one minute for each possible bar between 15 and 80 mm. Thanks to its innovative structure, the Master 80 HF is able to operate in this bar range using just one guide channel. The magazine adjustment is automatic; the front bushing grants best performances on every job, also if machining hexagonal or square bars The Master 80 HF bar pusher is heavier compared to the Verso. It’s tightly hold by means of a mechanical leverage by at least two pair of rollers with calibrated diameters. This unique feature, together with the a more rigid design, grants the possibility to work using just one channel when machining bars from 15 to 80 mm. Exceptional Rigidity The precision design and build of the Master ensure the very highest levels of torsional and longitudinal rigidity, eliminating all vibration. Front Bush The front bush accurately guides the bar between the feeder and the lathe, eliminating all vibration. The time needed to replace the two half-bushes is less than 30 seconds. Axial shifting device The bar feeder is equipped with the axial shifting device allowing a quick access to the lathe. Snap-In Guides The round section guides channels are fully closed and lubricated and can be completely replaced without tools in less than 2 minutes.
