The polymer plain bearings on the moving parts on this toothed belt axis make it easier to use without lubricants or excess maintenance. This unit is insensitive to dirt because particles will not get stuck on any moving parts. The axis has a better degree of ruggedness for more functions. The user can choose between basic and standard controls based on the area that the unit operates in. It has grooved ball bearings, a linear guide that uses plain bearings and support for more carriage lengths. The aluminum body is hard-anodized and the belts can come with polyurethane or neoprene teeth.
