Weighing and boxing lines for hardware can be completed with an automated robot palletizing system. The versatility of the palletizing robots makes them suitable for picking up and depositing boxes, cardboard sheets and the pallets themselves. In this furniture hardware plant, product is dosed by an MCWS4 counting/weighing machine and placed into boxes, which are automatically formed and taped to the top and bottom side.
