The TNA300 has a torsionally and flexurally rigid inclined machine bed that is inclined at 40 degrees. It bears the thermo-symmetrically designed headstock, the profile rail rolling guide for the compound slide and the separate sliding guide for the tailstock and the steady rest. The tailstock has a hydraulic quick retraction feature with large travel and hydraulic clamping.
The work spindle
The work spindle runs in high precision, life-lubricated and play-free preloaded rolling bearings. The spindle head with short taper mounting is suitable for installing all common clamping devices.
The disk turret
The disk turret is equipped with 12 tool mountings according to DIN 69880-30. Internal coolant supply and orientation logic are of course included. It does not lift off when indexing, resulting in excellent chip-to-chip times.
