The open control concept with a superfast 64-bit processor ensures that you have your production under control at all times.
Whether tool breakage monitoring, realistic real-time simulation for shorter setup times or visual collision detection before running in the machine. The TNA600 has all this as standard.
The TNA series convinces with an extremely rigid and precise work spindle. It is designed as a high-performance AC servo motor with two-step transmission and is thus also ideally suited for very heavy-duty machining. TRAUB crown turrets ensure that tool collisions are highly unlikely. It has 12 tool mountings each of which can be equipped with an individual tool drive.
The positioning of the tailstock with hydraulic clamping is done optionally hydraulically coupled to the upper lengthwise slide or with additional NC axis. Several steady rest versions for shaft machining are possible as well as an equipment for automatic operation.

A particularly stable structure, with a compact, torsion and bending-resistant inclined bed makes it possible to also carry out difficult processing without any problems. The hardened and ground gliding guideways in the X and Z axis ensure a high surface quality and long tool service lives with their particular good damping properties.
