Can be connected to any filler (outside diameter of output 30mm). Lays cellophane on both sides automatically and cuts it to the same shape as the hamburger or straight (as ordered). Produces from 50 to 75 hamburgers per minute, depending on the speed of the filler and the type of mixture. Hamburgers may be round 108 mm or oval 122 x 90mm (as ordered). Hamburger weight from 70 to 130 grammes (thickness can be adjusted using a screw). Uses rolls of cellophane (can be personalised). Pneumatic operation at 6kg / cm2. Air consumption 100 litres per minute. Electrical power 100 watts. Easy to clean. Measurements: 850 x 580 x 1,300 mm. Machine weight (without conveyor belt): 70kg. Made in stainless steel
