Bagger BC05. Stiching Machine. Automatic bagging system for small and medium sized paper bags stacked on a vertical storage. This bagger model has been built in with all necessary items to allow for format changes. This stitching station performs all the necessary maneuvers to dispense the sac, filled, formed and stitched out to the exit conveyor. This bagger model has been built in with all necessary items to automatically adjusting to any format changes by means of selecting the correct receipt on the touch screen. • Progressive opening of the sack: The mouth of the bag is progressively opened while is being transported from the storage to the filling spout. The bag is wide open when reaching the filling spout were grippers will hold the bag. • Double function internal grippers: The filling spout has been double function internal grippers. On a first stage they help opening the mouth of the bag, while in the second stage they press out the filling spout against external rubber blocks assuring a fine gripping. with the first movement we have more reliability, with the second larger opening. • Product in-feed belt 500mm wide: The product is feed-in from the weigher to the filling spout throght an inclined belt conveyor wide enought to collect product from several scales simultaneously. The belt ends on a rotating channeling tube which will conduct the product fall into the center of the filling spout. The adjustment is synchronized with the filling spout movement avoiding the use of tools. • Support of Fischbein sewing head: In case the station exit is towards the right, then the sewing head support can rotate for allowing easy maintenance and threading.
