Professional series is designed for demanding customers who require very high performance machines. Professional Milling Centres have been adjusted to dynamic and intensive work. By strengthening the frame – resulting in even greater rigidity and installation of an industrial high power spindle. This combination allows the transfer of huge loads without quality loss on the manufactured product. InfoTEC Professional Series enables first of all milling, drilling and cutting out repeatable elements such as fronts, frames, mouldings and frames made of chipboard, as well as milling of ornaments in wood (carving, engraving), and NESTING/ OPTIMISATION of boards. In the first half of 2011 we implemented a new version of the control system that provides an innovative algorithm to set feeds. This provided an excellent operation efficiency, even when working on very complex designs. The new software also allowed us to reach the working speed of up to 500mm/sec (30m/min). Despite significant advancement of the software it is friendly and intuitive for the operator, which makes the CNC operation simple and convenient.
