Description

Ingersoll Rand InteLIFT® Coiled Pendant (IA) Series (Zimmerman) Balancers come equipped with a 12 ft. (3.7 m) twin-bonded pre-coil cable, including air hose and electronic control cable. The pendant handle contains a rocker switch for quick up/down load positioning. Float mode is active at the touch of a button. The robust design of these pneumatic balancers gives you continuous duty cycle with minimal maintenance. These air balancers are intelligent lifting devices built to enhance your productivity, with stronger and more efficient lifting. Features DURABILITY: Balancers feature all-steel housing, engineered plastic, aircraft grade wire rope and self-closing cast safety hook. SAFETY: The addition of electronic controls allows for integration with limit switches or other safety devices and load cell inputs reduce operator fatigue and provide intuitive motion operation. PRODUCTIVITY: The 3-speed selector enables speeds to match each application and operator comfort level. Lifting products can be accomplished without the need to control up and down motion from additional pendant handles. • - Suspension kits are available for virtually all enclosed track manufacturers, as well as I-beam, Patented/Hardened track, and Hook mounted configurations. Multiple modes of operation • - Hoist mode (Lift & Lower) Lift and lower is the default mode of the InteLIFT unit, allowing the operator precision handling of variable weight loads • - Float mode Allows the operator to manually raise, lower and position “Float” a load with virtually no part weight or resistance to the operator
