Description

Ingersoll Rand InteLIFT® Basic Series (Zimmerman) Balancers come with no controls and are designed to be integrated with a handling device and operated with the handling device’s control package. The robust design of these pneumatic balancers gives you continuous duty cycle with minimal maintenance. These air balancers are intelligent lifting devices built to enhance your productivity, with stronger and more efficient lifting. Features DURABILITY: Balancers feature all-steel housing, engineered plastic, aircraft grade wire rope and self-closing cast safety hook. SAFETY: The addition of electronic controls allows for integration with limit switches or other safety devices and load cell inputs reduce operator fatigue and provide intuitive motion operation. PRODUCTIVITY: The 3-speed selector enables speeds to match each application and operator comfort level. Lifting products can be accomplished without the need to control up and down motion from additional pendant handles. • - Suspension kits are available for virtually all enclosed track manufacturers, as well as I-beam, Patented/Hardened track, and Hook mounted configurations. Multiple modes of operation • - Hoist mode (Lift & Lower) Lift and lower is the default mode of the InteLIFT unit, allowing the operator precision handling of variable weight loads • - Float mode Allows the operator to manually raise, lower and position “Float” a load with virtually no part weight or resistance to the operator • - Pouring/Dump mode This built-in programming feature allows operators to dump or pour material while maintaining load position and stability at a constant elevation
