Performance and precision
The head incorporates a servomotor with positioning control for strapping application, tension control and torque-control technology that enables faster and more accurate maneuvers, reducing cycle times and increasing packaging line productivity. Intelligent strap arrival detection allows strap retraction and repeat maneuvers after collisions during launch, and controlled stops enable strapping closer to or further from the load.

Maintenance & durability
ODEN is sensorless and designed without traditional wear components such as clutches and brakes; it also has fewer pulleys, reducing the risk of belt jams. Its compact aluminum chassis simplifies component replacement and lowers maintenance costs.
