Single Mitre Saw with pneumatically upwards moving sawblade of 450 mm. The table can rotate to both directions 45 degrees. Optionally the table can rotate to zero degrees on one side. All in between degrees are adjusted manually. Back fence can move up to 100 mm sot that it becomes possible to cut wider profiles or make trimming operation with the sawblade rotated in zero degrees. 1,5 kW saw blade motor with 2.800 rpm. Machine works with 2 buttons pushed at the same time for safety. There are 2 roller conveyors on the right hand side and left hand side each 3 meters. The protection cover is opened and closed manually. The profile bar is clamped with 2 vertical clamping units. There are safety switches on the protection cover, electrical cabinet cover and the sawblade changing cover. When those covers are opened, the machine will not work. Main Body Electrowelded steel structure normalized with thermal treatment. The main body of the machine is processed in 5 Axis CNC Steel Machining Center. All the body is painted with powder coating. Mostly all the mechanical pieces are die-casted and machined in our own CNC machining centers.
