EC 02 Automatic declipping of single and double clips at product logs of calibers from 35 to 110 mm. The product logs are entering via an infeed buffer platform in the belt system of the declipper. Due to a laser foto cell and the servo driven belt system the product is placed in the position of action. In the right moment the declipping tools drive pneumatically together and cut off the clip / double clip. The declipping tools are easy to change to any clip size. A servo cylinder moves the declipping tools to the right product height.
