Description

Inox Meccanica’s seasoning cabinet has been design and built as support for the small production of sausages, for the dry-aging of refined cuts of beef or as essential tool in every laboratory and testing room for the large-scale industry. This seasoning cabinet model permits to regulate the different seasoning phases depending on the type of drying and product to be seasoned. The cabinet – equipped with full SS or glass doors – can be provided with 1 or 2 doors with a capacity of: 50-70kg and 100-120kg respectively. • Temperatures can range from +0°C up to + 26°C while the control of relative humidity can range from the 40 to 95%. • The structure is entirely made of stainless steel Aisi 304. • All the internal parts are rounded and do not present any sharp corners. • The internal dripping tank is entirely made of stainless steel and it is removable. • Isolation with polyurethane foam and ecologic water. • Ventilated refrigeration system. • Ecologic refrigerant gas R404A is used. • Trays for the condensation’s collection are removable. • Internal lighting with led lamps. • Self-closing doors with magnetic seals. • The seasoner is supplied with wheels or with height adjustable stainless steel support legs (depending on the request). • Inox Meccanica’s seasoning cabinet can be also equipped with UV germicidal lamp. Our machines are in accordance with and conform to the European machine directive in the domain of safety, noise and hygiene.
