Description

Pure copper (OF, DHP, ETP), leaded and lead-free brass, leaded and lead-free bronze, cupro-nickel: there are 4 main groups of alloys recognised in the copper industry, a sector that requires refractory products for equipment as versatile as the coreless induction furnace or HIC. Subject to a rapid rise in temperature, the lining must also respond perfectly to thermal shocks and protect the coils from the liquid bath: Insertec's refractory products for non-ferrous foundry HIC furnaces meet these two objectives. Precast shapes \ Designs adapted to erosion areas. Resists abrasion and mechanical impacts. Description of images (in order) CIF push-out block CIF ring CIF spout EROCRETE prefabricated floor tiles \ Many floors have problems in the areas around the furnace that are exposed to extreme conditions: Shocks. Heavy traffic. Melted metal spills and slag. Thermal variations, and so on. EROCRETE floor tiles have been solving these problems for more than 15 years, drastically reducing the need for repair and maintenance of these areas.
