To build a complete dust extraction installation, in addition to designing and manufacturing the main equipment, a wide range of supplementary components is essential. INSTAL-FILTER SA industrial silos are used for the safe storage of bulk materials utilized in flue gas cleaning systems—primarily sorbents such as hydrated lime or soda and reaction ash. We design, manufacture, and install silos customized to individual client requirements, ensuring full integration with dosing and dust extraction systems. Silos are used for storing sorbent and bag filter ash. They can be integrated with loading and dosing systems and connected to a dust collector or big-bag station. Optionally, they can be equipped with level and pressure sensors, workplace dust extraction systems, heating or thermal insulation systems, sampling and inspection ports, explosion vent panels (in the case of ash), as well as ladders, platforms, and safety features compliant with occupational health and safety regulations.
