Description

Overview
The automatic flow pack packaging machine SI750S-LR is an intermittent-motion packaging system equipped with a motorized low reel holder and a 350 mm transverse sealing bar. Designed for Industry 4.0 and IoT-ready platforms, it handles a wide range of products including large items.

Main capabilities
The machine packages products up to 200 mm in height in single or laminated flexible film at an indicative production speed of 0–40 products/min (variable depending on product size, package format and film type). It uses film reels up to 750 mm (ø 350 mm) and a 2000 mm infeed conveyor with adjustable guides and easily removable interlocking paddles. Product sliding surfaces are AISI 304 stainless steel.

How it works
The process is driven by three pairs of pneumatic driving wheels that perform film pulling, longitudinal sealing and folding, combined with a dynamic/adjustable film conformer supplied with accessories. A 350 mm cross sealing bar is controlled by an intermittent-motion servomotor. The outgoing product belt is motorized with height adjustment via handwheel.

Stores up to 50 work cycles.
