The automatic pallet changer series, CPI 5/7/10, from Italplant offers unique advantages such as highly accurate, continuous, noise-free shifting and balancing of pallets in machining centers. The cam and cycle control provided ensures the smooth and faster movement. The secure cast iron casing provides protection from water and damage. The total cycle control is through the input axis, and motion on input axis is accurately translated to linear and rotary indexes at the output axis. Furthermore, the torque is limited at the input axis. The size of CPI would depend on the operation parameters such as mass handled and cycle time. Further, the rising swing cycle will also depend on the customer requirement. Therefore, we provide support and computer sheets as per individual requirement.
