Description

Blasting machines for coil descaling are designed to clean the entire surface of metal coils in continuous flow. The chamber is made by Manganese steel sheets and internally covered by protection plates in high wear resistance steel. In order to achieve the correct production rate, the chamber is equipped with blasting wheels with high power motors (up to 110 kW). The plant can be equipped with sequential modules, each one with dedicated shot recirculation system. In most of the cases, this machine is integrated in a complete processing line where the coil is transferred by an external driving unit.
