Description

Automated Bread Line -Ergonomic and compact -High output -Flexible Proline is an automated bread-making line that can process various types of dough: Firm dough, high water content dough, cold fermented dough (traditional baguette). Your Proline can be configured to suit your specific range of products. The Proline tray proofer can be connected to a pressurised volumetric divider (Pe50P) for outstanding precision or an open-hopper volumetric divider (GD-GDS). Once proofing of the bread has been completed, you can shape your products with a vertical (Unic-Tradi-Forma) or horizontal (HF) moulder. The out-feed belt is available in 200 cm or 300 cm versions. For products that require extensive ball moulding, an optional conical ball moulder is available. Proline is equipped, as standard, with an air extractor and UV lamps (germicides) to ensure perfect hygiene.
