NL series reducer is a special gear box matched with plastic rubber kneading machine. The main transmission parts are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding teeth. Gear precision (GBl0095-88) level 6. An over-sized thrust bearing is disposed in the front of the hollow output shaft and is subjected to the working recoil force of the screw. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
