The hydraulic shears are powered by a hydraulic cylinder and a motor. The motor drives the hydraulic cylinder and applies hydraulic oil pressure to the piston to provide power to the piston of the upper blade. The hydraulic shears have a longer stroke and can handle different load capacities. Materials cut using hydraulic shears have a smooth surface with minimal marking. These machines are known for their high shear force, stable operation and good controllability. Tool head shear operation mode: single point support, lever principle, after the fulcrum to do circular curve movement. Scope of use: ordinary small and medium-sized work pieces below 10mm, shear surface commonly required work. Tool holder return device: self-made return cylinder, easy to leak, need frequent maintenance.
