The smallest and most efficient of its kind. The mini-BagBoy is an absolute all-rounder on the bag manufacturing market. The most compact state-of-the-art design. Designed to produce bottom seam bags in the smallest amount of space. The mini-BagBoy easily fits on any workbench and any work table. Two step motors ensure precise operation for the bag length and for straight cutting of the bags. Consequently, no compressed air is necessary. The mini-BagBoy only needs a 230 volt power supply. All parameters (forward feed length, number of pulses, sealing/cooling time, number of items) are rapidly and easily configured using the touchscreen. This is even possible while the machine is running. Using the mini-BagBoy from joke, bag sizes of max. 400 mm film width and lengths of 15 to 4,000 mm (and beyond) can be manufactured. It is also possible to produce bags with several webs of film, i.e. process several tensioned film rolls at the same time. The mini-BagBoy is used for example in workshops for handicapped persons for bag production as wage packers, for film manufacturers with small and medium number of items and also in clean rooms owing to its compact design.
