Abstract:The DF type process correction frame consists of a fixed lower frame and a rotatable upper bracket. The rotating support point of the upper bracket is located at the feeding end of the material, and the correcting sensor is located at the discharging end of the material. When the deviation sensor detects that the material deviation exceeds the set value, the motor pushes the upper bracket to rotate, and the rotation direction is opposite to the material deviation direction, so that the material is within the set value of the sensor. The DF type correction frame is flexible in installation and suitable for material deviation during the material travel process.
