During sizing this quite often results in yarn breaks. The automatic uncrossing function ensures that the thread arrangement is ­re-established immediately after start-up. Contact pressure control with active kick-back: The increasing yarn batch on the beam positions the pressure roll according to the selected contact pressure. This directly acting contact pressure control ensures that completely cylindrical yarn packages with identical warp density are achieved at all times.
