ADVANTAGES OF PF SERIES PAPER FILTER WASTEWATER TREATMENT MACHINES The capacity of the filtration unit is 100 lt/min, 3-5% emulsion, and 30-micron filtering. The band filter surface is 0,7 m2. The level switch of the band filter has a closed circuit. Thus band filter is fully automatic. The stainless steel band transporter has a 16B1 type chain and high flexibility material. The filtration unit has 4 main components; magnetic separator (option), band filter, tank, and pump. The dirty oil inlet will be on the collector of the filtration unit. 1pc 3 bar 100 lt/min circulation pump will be mounted on the tank. The operating of the filtration unit is silent and non-vibrating. The band filter width is 500 mm. Tank dimensions are 1200x600x280 mm and 200 lt capacity. The tank has 2 main sections as contaminated and the pump side. The main voltage supplier and control circuit will be in the control panel. (3 ~ 220Volt or 380 Volt.) 1pc 40 gr.
