Adjusting, monitoring and regulating the air flow During the extraction of machine tools and machining centers, the energy savings gained through demand-based air flows are becoming increasingly important. With ProFix air flow control, a fixed air flow can be set, monitored and regulated on individual machines, as required. With the ProFix air flow regulator, energy savings can be achieved during machine tool extraction. A component with many features and benefits The ProFix significantly improves the interface between the machine tool and the extraction sytem. ProFix maintains and monitors the pre-set air flow, achieving energy savings. The ProFix can control several individual machines at a pre-set air flow target value. It readjusts automatically to air flow variations within the system, such as during loading and unloading of a workpiece.
