Description

High mechanical resistance gearbox for the most demanding applications. Reduction with hobbed spur gears, with steel gearwheels and sprockets, with surface anti-friction heat treatment. Outer box cast in Zamak. Steel output shaft Ø14mm. ER Version with double shaft.

High endurance gearbox for heavy duty continuous workload in
any position, at room temperature from -15 to 50°C, with torque
load up to 25 Nm, steady load.
■ Box. Made of die-cast light alloy. Frontal mounting by four M6
threaded holes.
■ Gear set. Hobbed helical gear set with steel pinions and gear
wheels with case superficial heat anti-friction treatment.
The intermediate gears incorporate and turn on ball bearings.
■ Output shaft. Ø14 mm steel shaft, 35 mm usable length, with
keyway for DIN 6888 4 x 6.5 mm curved key. Incorporates and
turns on ball bearings.
■ Output shaft load:
Pull axial direction 1,000 N ≈ 100 Kg.
Push axial direction 750 N ≈ 75 Kg.
Radial direction, at 15 mm from box 1,000 N ≈ 100 Kg.
■ Weight. With maximal number of stages: SM version 1.45 Kg,
ER version 1.52 Kg.
VERSIONS:
■ SM: without motor, to be driven by motors with P56-B14 or
P63-B14 flange coupling.
4,000 r.p.m. maximal speed recommendation.
■ ER-10: without motor, with a Ø10 mm receiver input shaft, which
incorporates and turns on ball bearings, located at the opposite
side of the output shaft. The shaft has a keyway for 3 x 5 mm
DIN 6888 curved key.
Avoid impacts on the output shaft when assembling or
disassembling parts on it, this could damage the gearbox.
