Description

• Pressure channel 1: –20 … 20 bar = –10 … 10 V • Pressure channel 2: –2 … 2 bar = –10 … 10 V This is a robust, low-pressure measuring chain for high-temperature applications. The design is based on the piezoresistive measurement principle. Therefore, it includes a signal amplifier matched to its individual sensor. The measuring chain allows both pressure and temperature to be measured simultaneously at the same positon in the cavity. The pressure is transferred directly to the high temperature measuring element via a sealed diaphragm which forms part of mold wall. Mechanical properties Overload [bar] 100 bar Metrological characteristics Linearity <±0.5 %FSO Hysteresis 0.5 %FSO Relative standard deviation of repeatability 0.1 %FSO Electrical properties Output signal type Voltage or Current (Piezoresistive, PR) Supply voltage range 18 … 30 V Maximal current consumption 40 mA
